Crochet Strawberry Cutie Amigurumi Pattern

Advertisements

Something sweet for the week? Add this cute little strawberry to your next crochet project. If you’re new to amigurumi, this is a great beginner project as it doesn’t require a lot of yarn, it’s easy, uses very simple repetitive stitches and it’s quick to make.

They look great in a basket, as a decoration or along with a playfood set. Attach a keyring and it would make an adorable little bag charm.

Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing. Sew the stem on top, in the centre of the leaves.

TO FINISH

1. Using pink yarn or embroidery floss, embroider a blush by sewing 2 horizontal stitches, 1 stitch wide, below each eye.

2. Use white yarn or embroidery floss to sew small vertical stitches, 1 stitch tall in several places on the strawberry.

3. (Optional) – attach a keyring to the stem of the strawberry to make it into a keychain or a bag charm.
