The Terms of Use listed below apply to all patterns designed and written by me and photographs taken by me (MJ Carlos of Hello Yellow Yarn). Your adherence to these terms is greatly appreciated.

GENERAL TERMS

Premium and free patterns are for personal use only.
Premium and free patterns in full or parts are strictly NOT to be copied, sold, altered, translated, re-produced or re-distributed in any way, online or offline.
You MAY sell the finished item made from the pattern provided it is handmade (not mass-produced) and credit is given to me, MJ Carlos (Hello Yellow Yarn) for the design and pattern. Please provide a link to my website helloyellowyarn.com or my pattern store if you purchased a premium pattern.
You MAY link back to any of my free patterns from my website to your blog, website or social media.
You MUST NOT copy and paste the pattern in its entirety or in parts or upload the pdf version of the pattern anywhere online (eg. Facebook, Instagram). Taking screenshots of the pattern in its entirety or in parts and publishing it online or offline is strictly prohibited.
You MUST NOT make photo or video tutorials from any of my free or premium patterns for publication.
YouTube video tutorials are strictly NOT to be re-uploaded to other channels or websites. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

PHOTOGRAPHS

You MAY use one photo from my website provided you link the photo back to my website helloyellowyarn.com or the original post.
You MAY NOT remove the watermark or alter the photo in any way.
You MAY NOT use my photos (in print or digital) to market and sell your finished item. You must use your own photos.

TRANSLATION

You MAY only translate the pattern for your own personal use.
You MAY NOT under any circumstance publish or share the translation anywhere online or offline for others to use.

CLASSES/WORKSHOPS

You MAY use the pattern for your class or workshop provided you notify me in advance through email – helloyellowyarn(at)gmail.com. You MAY NOT make copies of the pattern to distribute to the class.

– For free patterns you must instruct each class member to obtain the pattern from my website helloyellowyarn.com prior to the class/workshop.

– For premium patterns you must instruct each class member to purchase the pattern from any of my pattern store prior to the class/workshop.
You MUST NOT make photographic, written or video tutorials of the class or workshop using my free or premium patterns to sell or publish anywhere online or offline.
