The annual design contest at Amigurumipatterns.net is on! This year’s theme is “Monsters”. Scary, cute and adorable monsters are out and about and it’s now time to vote for your favourite design!

There are over 400 designs from creative and talented amigurumists all over the world.  I’m so excited to take part in this wonderful competition. 2 of my entries are Cheeky and Scaredy Eddy and his Teddy.

Let me introduce them to you.

This is Cheeky. Cheeky is a three eyed little pink monster who is an excellent hide and seek player.  She once escaped from an evil claw machine and is always on the lookout for someone who is keen for a game of hide and seek.

She may be little but she has a big kind heart and often likes to make silly faces.

Meet Eddy. Not all monsters are scary. Sometimes they get scared too. Take for example Eddy. He’s not your average monster, in fact he’s afraid of the dark. Poor Eddy. He hasn’t had any sleep for days!

Good thing he has his lucky teddy to keep him company. Eddy needs a very big cuddle!

Voting is open until 10th December 2016. Three designs with the highest amount of votes will be announced the winners of this contest.
