Amigurumi Farmyard Friends Series – Duck, Pig and Cow

Here they are! Quigley the Duck, Curly the Pig and Lily the Cow. These three farmyard animals are the best of friends! I have always wanted to create a farmyard series and I’m so proud of how adorable they turned out.  I wanted to release the patterns earlier this month but we got super busy with de-cluttering our house to make space for new furnitures. I’m happy to let you know that the patterns are now available for download at Etsy and Craftsy.

This is Quigley the Duck. He is the first of the series and I’m very proud of him. He is a charming and cheerful little duck who enjoys singing all day long. Quack!

Now Curly the Pig is a whimsical little piggy.  He has a fun imagination and he really enjoys putting on his cape and being a super hero for the day (even though he knows pigs can’t fly!).

Lily the Cow enjoys playing with her farmyard friends.  Although lively, she is the calmer of the three friends.  She also loves to read.

The patterns are very detailed with plenty of photo for references and assistance. They are suitable for beginners, no complex stitches used.  You will need to know how to make a magic ring, crochet in spirals, single crochet, single crochet increase and decrease, change colours and you will also need to know very basic sewing and embroidery techniques.

Patterns are available at Etsy and Craftsy. I hope you enjoy crocheting them!

I would love to see a picture of your finished amigurumi – post a picture on instagram and tag me @maryjcarlos (or #helloyellowyarn) or post on my Facebook page.

Happy crocheting!
